OLD TOWN CENTAR NIVES APARTMENTS, APARTMENTS WITH UNBELIEVABLE LOCATION

Apartments are located in the old town on the two different addresses, 4 minutes walking distance from each other.
Apartments A1, A2, A3 are located right in the heart of the Old Town; therefore it is perfect for travelers who like to maximize their time by minimizing their commute.

Supermarket and open air fresh market are just around the corner. Old city harbor is only 3 minutes walking distance. The most popular beach – Banje, is 5 minutes walking distance. Night live is 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Surrounded with centuries of history and culture you will experience the unique atmosphere, having all the historical and cultural monuments, together with many other sightseeing possibilities, just a few steps away from apartment Nives
The baroque-style residence, with its apartments, still has many original details as well as being partly making for an atmosphere which captures the spirit of bygone age.

Apartments B1, B2, B3 are situated on the Ploce gate /East Gate of the Old Town/ , 3 minutes walking from the main street Stradun and Old City harbor.
Ploce Gate is on the east side of the Old Town center, close to the Old City harbor. It is, very interesting tourist attractions in the town. The Gate dates from the early 14th Century. There is stone bridge connected with the gate by a wooden draw-bridge. Over the bridge there is the statue of St. Blasé, the patron of Dubrovnik. It is built to guard the city entrance.

The most famous beach of the town is just around the corner, but in the front of the house is situated a small, quiet swimming area, known only to the locals, where you can enjoy not only romantic view of the sea, the island of Lokrum and the old town but also the breathtaking sunset that reflects on the sea and the city walls and if you get up early enough you can be a witness of even more spectacular sunrise. You can spend the whole day enjoying - like if you were on your own private beach

  • The apartment is right in the middle of the old town like a minute walk from the main street (stradun). it was supper clean and the cleaner is there every morning in case you needed her. the street next to the building has many restaurants and pizzerias when you can grab yummy Dalmatia cuisine...i totally recommend it

  • This was a perfect location for our visit to Dubrovnik. Our apartment was in the old town and couldn't have been more convenient. There are dozens of restaurants and shops within just two or three blocks

Mrs. Nives was very responsive with emails and even emailed us a few days before our stay to give us tips for our arrival and even sent her son to pick us up from the airport! Her apartment is...

  • Nice, quaint little apartment room tucked away in the heart of Old Town. Location is SUPER convenient. Host is very gracious and attentive - was able to accommodate my schedule regarding check-in and check-out times. She also offered transport to the airport (although I didn't need it).

  • This place is right in the middle of the old town- which was great as it was nice to go out in the morning, have lunch then go back to the apartment for a rest and then go out again when most of the day tourists have gone.
